There is no entrance hall or lobby, only open spaces. You are not just getting assigned to your room and registered, you are being welcomed. There is no backyard, only large vegetable gardens, lemon and olive groves. You are not just a room number, you are part of the family. We love to share with you what used to be a family vegetable garden and make you be part of our passion and gratitude for its generous luxury.
We are dedicated to protecting our environment by using local products, avoiding waste of energy and cleaning supplies and compost our rubbish for fertilization. Being one of only very few structures that can count itself lucky to have around 15 sqm of photovoltaics makes us really proud and we work continuously on reducing our environmental impact and improving our awareness.
