Reception

Our reception is open from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.

We remind you that our cancellation policy allows free cancellation until 30 days prior to your arrival. Within 30 days the cancellation penalty is equal to 100% of the total booking amount.

Check-in

We offer a free welcoming & porter service during our check-in hours from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm.

After 6:00 pm we offer our guests a self check-in procedure that allows them to check-in at any time they like. Alternatively we do offer our welcoming & porter (W&P) service at an additional charge, too.

Welcoming & Porter Service Regulations

Payment for our welcoming & porter service will be made at the check-out.

In case we do not receive any communication on the preferred check-in method, by default we will provide you with our self-check-in procedure.

If guests arrive after 6:00 pm due to any kind of unforeseen delay, without communicating it to the reception staff in advance, self-check-in will be applied automatically.

Self-Check-in

Guests choosing self-check-in will be performing check-in procedures by themselves.
You will be provided with all necessary information, once communicated your self-check-in preference.

• Guests arriving by car, will be performing parking procedures without assistance

• Luggage transportation up the stairs will be done by the guests

Early Check-in

Our welcoming & porter service is free of charge even if guests arrive in advance to our check-in hours.

In case rooms happen to be not ready yet, we are able to store the guests’ luggage in a dedicated area, allowing them to explore the coast freely or simply enjoy our pool and various terraces.

Check-out

Check-out needs to be completed until 10:00 am.

Upon request it is possible to remain on our terraces until your departure. In this case it is possible to take advantage of our luggage storage.

Unless requested differently in advance, luggage transportation at the check-out is done by the guests.

Final payment

Final payment needs to be done at least 24 hours prior to departure.

Guests are obligated to pay for city tax to the township of Minori. For more detailed information, please visit www.comune.minori.sa.it.

We accept the following payment methods:

• Cash

We do not accept cheques.

Housekeeping service

Considering the type of rooms, all self-contained, we do not provide a daily cleaning service. Based on the length of stay, this is the organization of our house keeping service:

• 4 - 6 nights: 1x change of towels

• 7 - 10 nights: 1x bathroom and floor cleaning & change of towels and bedsheets

• 12 - 14 nights: 2x bathroom and floor cleaning & change of towels and bedsheets

Additional towel-set changes go at an extra charge of € 6,00 per person.
Additional housekeeping services can be requested at an extra charge of € 35,00.

Breakfast

Breakfast is served outdoors on our breakfast terrace from 8:00 am to 9:30 am.
In case of bad weather conditions breakfast is served in the rooms.

If guests have special alimentary intolerances, we kindly ask for written communication prior to your arrival.

Guests that have booked excursions and therefore need to leave early can request an “Italian Breakfast” the day before. It consists of drinks and croissant at the kitchen bar any time between 7:30 am and 8:00 am.

Our continental breakfast includes:

• Espresso, Coffee Americano, Cappuccino or Tea

• Lemonade made from lemons of our own cultivation

• Croissant

• Fresh bread (white & whole-grain)

• Homemade jam

• Butter

• Cold cuts & cheese

• Yogurt & fresh fruit salad

• Packaged goods: honey, Nutella

In variation:

• Eggs

• Homemade cakes

Parking

Our parking facilities are located at 100 meters from the staircase leading to the property.

• Type A (€ 20,00 per night): Allows full access to your car at all times.

Above certain dimensions (e.g. van, bus) pricing for parking may vary.

Guests can take advantage of their parking space until 10:00 am at their day of check-out. In accordance with the reception staff it is possible to use parking also after that time at an additional cost of € 3,00 for every commenced hour.

The parking facilities are not under video surveillance and we do not take responsibility for any possible damages taken to cars inside our parking facilities.

We recommend to book parking well in advance.

Pool & sundeck

Our pool & sundeck is open daily from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm for our guests in the period from 01.06.2024 to 13.10.2024

The seasonal opening/closing date may vary based on the management’s decision according to atmospheric conditions.

Security & wi-fi

For security reasons our property is under 24/7 video surveillance.

Both indoors and outdoors, our property is covered by free wi-fi for our guests.
